Kate Baudoin is a Baton Rouge native and an associate attorney at Rowe & Manning Law Firm. Her practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, with a strong emphasis on insurance defense, medical malpractice, and appellate practice.

Representing healthcare providers and insurance carriers, Kate navigates complex legal disputes through all phases of litigation. Her experience spans from initial case evaluations and substantive motion practice to fully litigated jury trials and subsequent appeals. She is dedicated to providing strategic, thorough, and effective advocacy for her clients at both the trial and appellate levels.

Kate earned her Juris Doctor and Diploma of Comparative Law from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2025, where she also completed a graduate certificate in Estate Planning and Taxation. Prior to her admission to the bar, she gained valuable practical experience serving as a law clerk at Rowe & Manning for over a year. Before attending law school, she graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana Tech University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching. She is also a proud graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy in Baton Rouge.

She is admitted to practice in Louisiana and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana and is an active member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association.

Outside of the office, Kate loves diving into new projects and spends her free time reading, baking, sewing, playing mahjong, and spending time with her rescue dog, Ditto.
